Tanqueray`s Bar & Grille in Orlando

A blessing in disguise, haven't been but once before but the "basil" pizza taste miraculous:-) Kudos to the prep cooks in the back. Wonderful customer service for a tasty palette:-)

Sweet little hole in the wall, felt like back home a real true bar atmosphere and not clubby and wild. Watched some live music it was a great experience, Dead Mans Dub, The Strongbacks some quality grassroots Floridian reggae.

Literally the best bar in Orlando. I go here every time I'm downtown - it's smokey, the music is loud and always awesome - cold beer and no cover. Get there early (10ish) to get a table on weekends

They have happy hour special Monday through Friday 50% off your tab. 5pm till 8pm Always great service and friendly faces.

Tanqueray’s made me feel like a College Freshman again and living in this rat race we call life it wasn’t a bad thing. It’s an underground bar with daily live music and some reasonably price drink specials. It’s a cozy basement party kind of atmosphere where the lights are dim. If you look at my photos and videos everything inside is pretty much dark. There was one problem I had and it didn’t affect my review because I knew ahead of time...smoking is allowed in this establishment. It wasn’t bad at first but the later it got the more I began to worry about the 2nd hand smoke and that was about an hour before closing, and honestly if the band didn’t take a break, I probably wouldn’t have noticed the smoke, the band was that good. I’m going to be honest we walked out of there smelling like we smoked 20 packs of cigarettes but we walked out feeling happy and hungry on the hunt for food...just like those fun old college days.

Love this place. Love music from good local bands every night. Good prices, good selection, staff is awesome. Generally little to no drama. One of my favorite local establishments.

Tanqueray's is the kind of bar that has a local feel to it, even though it's in the heart of downtown Orlando. The location is prime, the music is always incredible, the bartenders and staff are a perfect fit, and the drinks, of course, are top notch. It's a staple and a must-visit bar. Warning: it's intimate and smoky, the way a good basement bar should be.

This place was such a great spot. Came here and the drinks were cheap, bartender Heath was awesome and the people there were a good conversation. All around, 10/10

Place is nice, wonderful live band playing. But beer prices are really high (2 pints, $15!)

Love these guys! The BEST bartenders right here. This place takes me back to NYC except you can SMOKE here!! Also- if you ran out of or lost your pack in your drunkeness? They SELL cigs, too! It is a great mixture of people & i want to say that there's always live music. The bands are ALWAYS great! It's my favorite bar in Orlando, hands down. Nothing else can compare to it. 💓

Three for the drinks, send back Malibu coke as second did not taste like the first one, asked to remake gin tonic as it tasted as vodka, second one was identical so I asked to charge me for Tanqueray tonic and it tasted also too much alcohol but I guess their tonic water in the gun was out of tonic. Server and bartender was nice and attentive thou but the band was just ok “Oklahoma..” I will come back may be one day but definitely oder a a bottle beer.

Great bar with live music. Didn't expect to find this place in Florida. Its a hidden gem. Also the man who greeted us at the door was awesome.

Love this place for so many reasons! The staff is awesome, the drinks are strong and reasonably priced, it's smoking friendly, there is live music 7 days a week with some of the greatest local bands, and best of all it is in a basement!

Great spot! Love the basement feel. Love I can smoke. Crowd seemed like solid regulars. I knew the bartender Mitch from a brief period years ago and he was top notch. Great happy hour prices! Awesome spot. I'll be back a Sunday for Ancient Sun soon...

Great doorman. Support the arts and live musicians here. Solid bar. It's usually not too loud, but you still may want to bring hearing protection for extended visits.

Great music bar (Full disclosure I’m one of those musicians)

This location is kind of cool because it reminded me of a college basement party. This place is pretty small and cozy. Drinks are reasonably priced as well. The downside to that "basement party" feel is that all the smoke is stuck in down there. Whether you smoke or not you will come out smelling like you killed a pack or two.
